We offer a 30 day return policy, and 2 year warrantee against manufacturing defects.
Please read below for what to expect before/during delivery.
The person/customer receiving the delivery is responsible for inspecting the shipment for any damage or missing boxes, pallets, and or products. Any of this should be noted on the BOL and pictures of the boxes/products should be taken for record. Failure to do so will result in CCC not being responsible for any replacements or returns.
If shipment is incomplete/ missing boxes, pallets or products, please note on the BOL with number of missing boxes, pallets, or products. Report anything missing asap to CCC with your order number and whether or not the shipment was signed for.
If shipment is damaged please take pictures of damaged boxes/products. Determine if damage is severe enough to refuse the shipment. If you decide to accept the shipment and want replacements, please still note on the BOL what/how many of the shipment is damaged. Report any damage asap to CCC with your order number, pictures, and whether or not the shipment was signed for.
If all is accounted for and not damaged please accept the delivery and sign for it.
Driver calls 20-30 minutes prior to delivery. (for LTL shipments)
Carrier holds shipment until a scheduled appointment is made between the customer and carrier. This adds an additional day to the transit time. (for LTL shipments).
Free Shipping is only valid within the continental United States. This excludes Hawaii and Alaska.
Driver will bring shipment inside first floor of customers location. (for LTL shipments)
For residential areas/customers without a loading dock. Lift gate is needed to lower shipment to the ground. This adds an additional day to the transit time. Lift gate cannot be performed on shipments with barricades, these require a dock, pallet jacket, and forklift at the delivery location. (for LTL shipments)
Need by date. What day and time. Conditions may effect this, and no delivery can be 100% guaranteed by a certain time. It’s best to place orders in advance to avoid any issues.
These are issues in the construction of the product. This does not include general wear and tear or anything that falls under the umbrella term of degredation due to use.
