Returns & Shipping Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy (see general return policy below), and 5 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Please read below for what to expect before/during delivery.
The person/customer receiving the delivery is responsible for inspecting the shipment for any damage or missing boxes, pallets, and or products. Any of this should be noted on the BOL and pictures of the boxes/products should be taken for record. Failure to do so will result in CCC not being responsible for any replacements or returns.
If shipment is incomplete/ missing boxes, pallets or products, please note on the BOL with number of missing boxes, pallets, or products. Report anything missing asap to CCC with your order number and whether or not the shipment was signed for.
If shipment is damaged please take pictures of damaged boxes/products. Determine if damage is severe enough to refuse the shipment. If you decide to accept the shipment and want replacements, please still note on the BOL what/how many of the shipment is damaged. Report any damage asap to CCC with your order number, pictures, and whether or not the shipment was signed for.
If all is accounted for and not damaged please accept the delivery and sign for it.
Driver calls 20-30 minutes prior to delivery. (for LTL shipments)
Carrier holds shipment until a scheduled appointment is made between the customer and carrier. This adds an additional day to the transit time. (for LTL shipments).
Free Shipping is only valid within the continental United States. This excludes Hawaii and Alaska.
Driver will bring shipment inside first floor of customers location. (for LTL shipments)
For residential areas/customers without a loading dock. Lift gate is needed to lower shipment to the ground. This adds an additional day to the transit time. Lift gate cannot be performed on shipments with barricades, these require a dock, pallet jacket, and forklift at the delivery location. (for LTL shipments)
All shipping quotes are time sensitive, the maximum period for a shipping quotation validity is three (3) calendar days. Any quotation issued with a freight quote is subject to change regardless of the expiration date on the quotation itself unless otherwise stated. Any rates given in respect to shipping cost or product cost are subject to change on issuance of a new quotation. Any promotional offers are only valid during their promotional period and will not be honored after the said period expires per the original offers terms resulting in an order being re-quoted.
Need by date. What day and time. Conditions may effect this, and no delivery can be 100% guaranteed by a certain time. It’s best to place orders in advance to avoid any issues.
WARRANTY
Crowd Control Company posts all carry a 3 year limited manufacturer’s warranty against defective material or workmanship. This limited warranty excludes damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence. Except where specified Crowd Control Company products are designed for indoor use and this limited warranty does not apply where products have been used outdoors, in maritime environments, in any other unforeseen environs, or in any manner for which the products are not inherently designed for usage. Buyer shall inform Crowd Control Company within 48 hours of an occurrence. Crowd Control Company, on receipt of the defective products, will carry out a claim investigation and, if finding the claim justified, shall without cost to the Buyer repair or replace the defective products. There are no warranties either expressed or implied which extend beyond the description herein.
General Return Policy
If you are sending products back to us for any reason other than manufacturer defects within our 30 day return window you will be responsible to pay for the cost of the return shipment of said product(s) along with a thirty five percent (35%) restocking fee on the purchase price. Products must be in their original packaging and without damage. Damaged or clearly used products are not eligible for general returns.
Please take photographs of all boxes and products prior to shipping to avoid issues should items be damaged in transit to our facility.
These are issues in the construction of the product. This does not include general wear and tear or anything that falls under the umbrella term of degredation due to use.
What qualifies?
Your product may be eligible for price match if it is:
Identical to the competitor’s product.
- The product must have a match specification, quantity, construction materials, color/finish, height, weight, belt length/color, belt width,
Immediately available at a qualifying online retailer or local competitor.

Price match requests must be made prior to the purchase of our products.
Our Price Match Guarantee does not cover:
- Rent/lease to own items, liquidation offers, trade-in offers, items denoted as Black Friday pricing and special daily or hourly sales.
- Any financing offers, bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, free items, pricing errors, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out of stock items, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, pre-owned items, credit card offers, and items for sale the Sunday before Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving..
- The online prices of retailers not listed above.Â
- Online or other prices of suppliers not based in the US.
- Pricing only available by direct quote and not available to all customers.
- Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on websites.
- Price tat is a limited time offer, or pricing marked as a ‘Black Friday Special’
- Shipping and delivery charges are not included in the price match offer.
- Sometimes a qualifying competitor will advertise a product on its website as having limited quantities in stock or long leat times (mor that 1 week to ship). If the item is out of stock, the competitor has advertised as limited quantities of an item,or the lead time is longer than 1 week the item it is not eligible for price matching. Likewise, if we have a product that is advertised as being limited in quantity it will not be eligible for price matching.
- We match the pre-tax price. We do not take sales tax into consideration for price match purposes. We will not override sales tax to match a competitor’s price.
How Do I Request a Price Match from Crowd Control Company?
Contact our Customer Service Department, they will ask you to email a copy of the competitors quote or provide a link to the price in question online.
